TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of advance amount (please refer to the Booking Terms section of the respective tour.)
Before directly booking any tour (i.e. making online payment), please contact us to check the availably of seats. Any direct bookings would not be entertained in case no seats are available. In such case Cancellation & Refund Policy will be applicable for such bookings.
Seating arrangement in the bus would be decided on first come first serve basis. For multiple days tours, seat rotation (one seat backward) will be done on daily basic. The group members may interchange their seats by deciding mutually.
The pick up timings would be strictly observed. Unique Explorers would not be liable to refund any amount if the tour is missed due to delay (beyond certain limit) in arriving at scheduled pick up place.
Unique Explorers would not be liable for any penalties occurred due to violation of any rules by any member, at the tourist destinations. (e.g. clicking photographs at places where photography is prohibited)
It is the responsibility of every member to take care of their belongings and not keeping any valuable articles unattended during the duration of the tour. Unique Explorers, the tour manager, or any of its staff would not be liable for any loss of your belongings.
Unique Explorers would not be held liable for any delays for reaching the destinations (or no shows) due to bad road conditions, traffic jams or even vehicle break down.
Unique Explorers cannot be held responsible for any mishap happened including accidents, loss of life during of any participant during the tour.
