Booking Terms
Booking will be confirmed only after receiving at least Rs.500/- advance
Balance amount to be paid at least two days before the date of tour.
Amount can be paid by Cash, Cheque, NEFT/IMPS or by Paying Securely using our payment gateway.
Cancellation Terms
In case the Tour is cancelled due to present COVID situation or any other reason, the amount received will be refunded without any cancellation charges.
In case of cancellation from your side, refund policy is as under:
If cancelled 15 days prior to departure date – 95% refund
8 to 14 days – 75% refund
2 to 7 days – 50% refund
Less than 2 days – No refund
Instead of outright cancellation, you may choose to transfer the amount for our other tours/camps with following terms:
If the transfer is done 7 days prior to the departure – 95% amount will be transferred.
For less than 7 days – 20% amount will be deducted and rest of the amount will be transferred.
A credit note will be issued for the amount transferred.
The amount transferred will be interest free.
The transferred amount can be utilized within one year for any of our tour/camp.
The credit note is transferrable.
